OPERATING PROCEDURES

 18. Adjust Air Pressure by pulling OUT or pushing IN

the Engine Speed Control Ring on left side of

engine.

 19. Put on all Personal Protective Equipment.

 20. Add the calculated amount of pesticide to the 12-

gallon polyethylene tank located on the right rear

of the unit. (Remember, Ultra Low Volume (ULV)

and Ultra Low Density (ULD) machines use only

concentrated liquid formulations).

 21. a. Place Function Select Dial on the Remote

Control Box to #1-#4 position as required. (See

page 23 of Owners Manual)

 b. Unlock Flow Rate Knob locking ring and adjust

to desired flow rate IAW Pesticide Label.

 c. “High-Low” Range Control Switch on the side of

Pump Assembly is in the High position (See

page 23 of Owners Manual).

 22. You are now ready for ULV spraying.

 23. The rate of vehicle speed during the spray

operation is 5 OR 10 mph. The correct speed for

each type pesticide is indicated on the Pesticide

Label.
